- Seller listings: business name, location, photos, products, and payout bank details.
- Transaction data: order amounts, timestamps, and Stripe payment references.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type, and approximate location if you enable it.
- Communications you send us (support messages, reviews).
Why we use it
- To run the marketplace and connect buyers with local sellers.
- To process payments via Stripe and manage seller subscriptions.
- To operate the Local Champion referral programme.
- To improve the service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data on the basis of contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (where you opt in), and legal obligation.
Sharing
We use Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), Google Maps (location features), and Lovable Cloud (infrastructure). We do not sell your personal data. Sellers receive buyer order information needed to fulfil purchases.
Retention & rights
We keep data while your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. You may access, correct, or delete your account from the Account page. Contact us via the About page for other GDPR requests.
